Hydra - Kastraki: 17 minutes Kastraki - Mandraki: 10 minutes Mandraki- Kastro: 15 minutes Easy trail

As you walk along this path, you will encounter a small 17th century picturesque castle called the "Kastraki". Continuing on the path, you will meet "Mandraki", Hydra's naval station that was actual a harbor during the 16th to 18th century. Today to the close cove of Mandraki there is a beautiful organised sandy beach, the only sandy beach in hydra island.

Strolling along the path, you will reach an early 16th century castle, named "Kastro" which was reconstructed during the 1821 revolution. Throughout the entire walk, you will encounter numerous graphic cottages where local islanders reside.
